Files not showing in restore job window? Backup Exec 2010

Hi

We currently run a weekly full backup and daily incremental of some servers. The jobs are listed as successful, however when we try to restore data we only find files that have been created in the last week, no other files are listed. The full and incremental backup method is using the reset archive bit method, which looking at the file attributes it appears to be doing?

Are we missing something obvious? Any help greatly appreciated.

Are your jobs overwriting the same media?

Look at the job logs and verify that you are using different media names for each job and confirm if you are overwriting or appending.

Thanks for the reply, our jobs are set to different media names and set to append, 1 month rentention, overwrite if no appendable media is present. We backup to a HP D2D system which is only 36% full and there are plenty of blank virtual cartridges in the library.
