Files on Xserve are backed up but don't show in history

I can tell that the files on the Xserve SAN are backed up as the backup size increased by 260GB.  But in the history it shows only 3 files with a total size of 808 bytes were backed up.  What do I need to do to get the Xserve file count and size to show in the history report?

I am not a Mac person and have never touched a Mac or XServe.  I have no idea what OS is on the XServe but I think I may have figured out the issue.  I was thinking the XServe was being backed up because of the size difference between the Daily and Weekly backup jobs.  Turns out there is a user shared folder that is only backed up weekly.  I checked the settings on the Weekly backup job and saw that the option to follow local juntions was not selected.  When I checked that box and reran the job I could see the files on the XServe being processed.  After the job completed, I was able to create a restore job and was able to see and select files fro the XServe.
