Final error: 0xe0008212 - Library error - invalid element address

After moving 2 tapes from Retired Media to Scratch Media i am not able to Import the tape. I get the following error, "Final error: 0xe0008212 - Library error - invalid element address". Any ideas?

Hi Jemaher,

Try installing the latest tape device drivers for your device.
Ensure the SCSI cables are connected properly and that the correct SCSI ID's are assigned if relevant!
Check windows event viewer for any further information on the error.
Is it only when you try to import?

I had misplacved these tapes so i moved them into the Retired folder. i found them and changed them to Scratch Media and tried to import them and got that message.

What library?
That error is basically complaining that BE tried to move a tape from the portla/mailslot to a storage slot and failed due to one of the addresses being wrong.
Can you import them to different slots?
Can you export tapes, then import them back in?
Can you run inventory jobs?
