Salam,

We are taking backup of a fileserver its a windows server 2003 standard os 64bit, using Backup exec 2012, backup destination is a NAS device,

job has failed with an unknown error, I am uploading the job log pleae check and help.

As per job log the backup device is configured on remote drive (Terastation2 Disk Storage), ensure that the backup device is online and remote path is accessible during the schedule backup job and also check the logon account has sufficient rights on the shared folder on the NAS device.

Run the utility below to check that there is no problems using your NAS

Also, make sure that the BESA is added to the NAS as an administrator with full read/write capabilities.

Try increasing the size of the bkf by going into the properties of the B2D. Also try disabling the autodetect settings and enable only buffer writes. See if that helps.
