GFS Rotation is not working properly

Hi All

Any/all help is highly appreciated.

I am a first time user for Backup Exec. We were using ArcServe Backup since last 4 years and now decided to use Backup Exec 10.1 as per our Corp needs.
We are running on Win2k3 AD and the backup device which is an HP 1/8 Autoloader is connected to the Backup Server which is installed on Win2k3 server.

I had setup the policy for GFS rotation scheme (Daily incremental, Weekly & Monthly Full backup). It created 3 selection lists for each job. Don't know if thats normal.

The backup was successful for one day. During the last weekly backup it finished one selection list and was prompting for overwrite confirmation toi continue with another tape even when the overwrite protection level was configured to none.

We have some 600GB of data to be backuped up. Now the last weekly backup is still running (since 5 days!!!). Is there any better way to achive the GSF rotation scheme working. In ArcServe there will be only a single job for all and that is really easy to configure.

Please help me asap, Im in a critical situation now.
