Hi,

Where can i get the hotfix mentioned in the article below?

It says you can get it at the bottom of the document but i can't find it :)

They just released an update that should fix this problem :)

Hi Thomas

  To obtain the hotfix you will have to open a case with the Symantec support.

  The hotfix is not yet released for public, beta version is available with support.

How do you know its in beta?

The KB Article says that you can download the hotfix but the link is just missing.

 

Solution

A hotfix is now available for this issue in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned at the end of this article. Refer to the Hotfix link under Related Documents at the end of this article to obtain the hotfix needed to resolve the issue.

Any article with the "Etrack No" is a known issue. 

The link is not yet updated as the hotfix is still in testing phase.
