I am running BE12D sp1. I am tyring to use the GRT technology with little success. This has be the one of the most frustrating bugs I've ever seen. Why Samentec has not fixed this baffles me. I am trying to backup 5 Exchange stores varying in size from 75 Gig to 250 Gig. I got some of the stores to backup using GRT on a full backup, but not all. The Incrementals fail ever time. This issue has been escalated to advanced support with Symantec and no one can figure out a fix. Has anyone really gotten this to work properly????
I've seen tons of hits on the fourms and on the Knowledgebase. I've tried everything..nothing works. I'm ready to dump this product and pickup Microsoft Data Protection Manager to backup Exchange. If anyone has a Magic fix or some things to try that might have worked for you, please let me know.
