HP Autoloader + BE - problem with jobs and tape

Got a (maybe kind of silly/simple) question: When doing 4 b2d2t-jobs, i dont want BE to use a single tape for each job. Is ther any way to make be fill the tapes one by one indepentdent if its a new job or not?
