I keep getting error incompatible media reported in library when I try to backup, inventory, label media. I am using the 200/400 Maxwell Ultrium 2 tapes

Hello Leslie,

I would like to know the exact error message that you are getting. Also, since when this error is occuring ? Have you done any changes ? Have you installed Veritas tape drivers ?
