Help!. How can I download the upgrade from Veritas Backup exec v10 to v 10d

I have tried to log into the website with both my RTSM ID and my product number but neither works?
Is there an easy way just to get the update?

The Backup Exec Version 10.1 build 5629 is the latest version of Backup Exec.


* Start the installation over the existing installation. You need not uninstal the earlier version.
