Help me please

I ordered Backup Exec. 10.0 and I can't get it to connect to my servers or my domain names. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Every time I log on it tells me that it can't connect to media storage or that Backup Exec may not be installed or running.

Any advice or help?

Hi,

Do you have remote agents installed on these servers?

Please verify if the port 10000 is open on the remote servers as well as the media server.
