A few days ago, the nightly backup started generating this error message. There is more than enough free space, so I am wondering why this is happening. This backup has been running successfully for some time, and I have not changed any settings. Why did this start happening, and how can I correct it?
Snapshot provider error (0xE000851C): Cache files required for the VERITAS Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP) snapshot could not be created. Check that there is at least 50 MB of free disk space, and review the settings for the snapshot that are reported in the job log.
