Help with backup jobs

I need help setting up my backup jobs so that they backup automatically in the correct media set location. I have created the back up jobs to backup everyday at 5 am. At first I was having problems with with the job not running because the alerts were not set to automatically clear. I have carousel tape drive and after the alerts are cleared the job are not recoreded to the right media set. We have to go and look and see where the backup is being recorded. What can I do to correct this?.

Hello,
The media set can be selected in the backup job properties, however it is necessary to verify that there is an appendable or overwritable media available in the targetted media set, this is determined as per the backup job specifications to either overwrite or append to tape.
