the SP was posted as a Technote ( http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/278302.htm ) on 5 Aug 2005. It still doesn't appear on the Software Updates page.

When you gonna fix that??

Hello,

As you have mentioned here that SP3 is not appearing on the software update page.

If this means that it is not appearing on the Veritas update page then it is being reflected on it.

Does it means that it is not updated in Softawre comapatibility list?

If our understansing regarding your query is incorrect please elaborate it.

I don't have a clue what your response means.

My statement was very clear. Your software updates web page STILL does not list v9.1 SP3

I don't use wizards unless there is no other way of doing something, so I could care less about "software updates notification", tho it seems that SP3 broke that also, from other posts to this forum

Does it means that it is not updated in Softawre comapatibility list?
AFAIK, Service Packs are not reflected on the SCL, and the latest update to the V9.1 SCL is dated 5/11/2005, so cannot possible reflect SP3

No, it doesn't

The latest patch for v9.1 is STILL Sp2, dated May 26, 2005

See
http://www.veritas.com/be_support/www?cmd=docPages&product_code=10&pageid=1&next=1&sOrder=0&schDType=Patch&schDVer=9.1&docOp=sort&sort=sDate

URL has wrapped

As I said, I could care less what your Software Update Noitification says, I don't use it

Admit that something is broken, and get it fixed, don't keep telling me it's not broken

I understand completely Ken. If you work at Veritas please click on the link that Ken has provided. This link...
http://www.veritas.com/be_support/www?cmd=docPages&product_code=10&pageid=1&next=1&sOrder=0&schDType=Patch&schDVer=9.1&docOp=sort&sort=sDate

does NOT reflect sp3 it does however reflect sp2. Sp3 is not reflecting.

Reflect=linked one would assume, but then you know what that means.

Thank you.

That's very nice -

So why is it that when I go to the BackupExec For Windows servers main support page at http://www.veritas.com/be_support/www?cmd=landing&product_code=10
and click on Software Updates and Downloads, then filter for Patch and v9.1, I only see SP2 as the most recent patch?

Hello,

This may have been the case some days back due to technical difficulties. However as of today this is reflecting correctly on the site.
