I've been using a cached password so long I forgot what it was, and my friendly local Desktop support guy deleted my cache to fix another problem. Then I didn't get an answer from support, so I created a second account.
I'm trying to get them to merge the two and delete the smaller one
so you have 2 accounts with the same name here...if you can get 2 why not 3 or 4..we can all be ken putnam lol

those NOTE:s are funny, but normally the bigger software producers gave a sh*t on their public forums. kind of unusual to find so many replies from company employees, even when most of them are just links to standard support articles.
on the other hand many questions here seems to be written down by amateurs with no idea how to describe the important and relevant things of their problem and environment or how to use the knowledge base search. thats like asking for standard answers.
