Today I tried applying Hotfix 16 from the following location:

I downloaded the 32 bit version to my hard drive.
On my media server, I made sure that Backup Exec was not running
and I double clicked on the executable that I downloaded.
It ran and finished in error status, please see attached bitmap

After clicking finish, I tried to launch the Backup Exec Administrator
and received another error message, please see attached bitmap PatchError02.bmp
It refers to the installation logs, but I don't know where they are at.
Please respond to what I should do to fix this problem as I have not
restarted my backup services, which means that I cannot perfom
backups.
