There is no specific text file which indicates the applied patches.
However, you may perform the following to check the applied updates:

1. Click on Tools -- Veritas Update

2. Click on List Updates

3. Under the Product Updates, all the updates that are not applied to Backup Exec will be listed.

You can run the veritas update to check which hotfixes are applied . It will list all the applied hotfixes and all the available hotfixes.

In addition you will be able to view the patched applied to the Backup exec 9.1 with the help of Bediag file.

I have updated to 9.1 SP1 and I see no mention of it and when I go to the updates, it shows that it's not installed. During install, there were no problems. Any ideas?

I hope Veritas can provide an easier way to list out all patches applied on a remote machine as I am managing servers in different location.

Veritas update can list most of patches applied and not applied.
However, I found that, at least, hotfix 40 is not listed in both sessions. Something has do fix.

BEDiag list all files version but it is hard for me to identified them one by one.
