How do I fix this error?

Just saw this error come up on our nightly backup. All media is inventory and cataloged. So I'm not sure where to go from here. Any ideas????

The query for media sequence number 1 of this media family was unsuccessful.
Ensure that all media in the family have been inventoried and cataloged.

Hi,

Are you getting this error during duplicate backup?

If yes, perform the following:
Stop all Backup Exec services
Open REGEDT32
Edit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\VERITAS\Backup Exec\Engine\Tape Format\Use Fast File Restore\ to show the value of 1 (one)
Start all Backup Exec services again.

I am getting the exact same error and the registry is already showing value "1" .

What else can it be then?
