I have to backup a Microsoft Exchange 2003 with 100 mailbox about.
Which is the best method?

I just back up the first storage group unless you have serveral.

Best method is probably 1 full backup a week with daily incrementals. I havent gotten synthetic backups to work with Exchange as of yet.
