How to take backup of exchnage 2003 and then Restore

Hi all ,
 
 Please can any body tell me the steps to take backup and then restore of exchange 2003 ,
 
 what kind of backup should i have to take .
 
 In my scenario there is one DC and ADC+exchange 2003 are on same machine of Dell i am taking the backup in B2D using backup exec 11d the options i am selecting for the backup are as follows
 
1, Device and Media
          a, Append to media, overwrite if no appendable media is available.
           b, Retension media before backup
 
2 , General
    a, Full , Back up files - using Archive bit (reset Archive bit)
    b, Verify After Backup completes
    c, Compression type ( Hardware (if available , other wis none))
 
3, Advance
 
   a, Back up files and directories by following junction points
   b, Backup data in remote storage.
   c, Set remote agent priority ( Normal priority)
   d, Open files backup when Advanced Open file option is not used ( with a lock)
 
4, Microsoft Exchnage
 
   a, Backup Method (Full- Database & Logs ( Flush Commited Logs)
   b, Enable the restore of individual mail message and folders from Information  Store Backups
   c, Perform consistency check before backup when using Microsoft volume shadow copy service (VSS)
  d, continue with backu if consistency check fail
thats it
 please let me know the ways or restoring exchnage 2003 if i want to restore exchange by using system state then what are the ways for restoring exchange through system state and if i want to restore the data bases of exchnage 2003 then what may be the ways used for this .
