I am not getting all options in the Backup method drop down box

Hi !

I have downloaded and installed a evaluation version of BackupExec 10D for Windows Servers on a Windows 2003 Server (SP1) machine (Media Server) which is attached to
a HP Ultrium 3-SCSI Autoloader for taking backups on LTO.

I want to take the backup of a XServe using the method described above.The Veritas docs say that I have to start off by Selecting "FULL - Back Up Files - Allow incrementals and differentials using modified time" from the Backup method drop down box when I take the first Full Backup.However the option "FULL - Back Up Files - Allow incrementals and differentials using modified time" is NOT appearing in the Backup method drop down box.

Could anyone help me out ?

In the backup job properties under settings - general - backup method use "full using modified time.

-- which Veritas technote have you referred ? Check the version of BE for which the technote is applied ..BE9.x ?
-- have you already taken first full backup?

-- If you have BE10d then try using Full and Incremental\DIfferential with "using modified time"
