Hello,
I installed a new IBM LTO Ultrium drive (2U - 24 slots) and BackupExec 10d yesterday. I downloaded latest drivers from Symantec so Backup Exec recognizes LTO as drive unit and robotic library. It should be as expected. I can see all tapes I�ve inserted. But I am not able to label or erase any tape. A job is created and submited to run immediately, but it`s runing and runing and nothing happen. No errors until I stop the job by myself.
Any suggestions please? Am I doing anything wrong?
