IDR - Cannot connect to one of the drives

Hi,

I have some problem when testing IDR.

Environment:
Media and Test server use same machine.
Win2K3 SE with SP1,
Exchange 2K3,
BE 9.1

I had recovery Win2k3 server and Exchange 2k3 through IDR. Then I restore the information store and public folder database. However, I got the error message "Final error: 0xa000848c - Unable to attach to one of the drives.
Final error category: Resource Errors" while running the restore job.
I tried to restore some data file (e.g. *.doc, *.txt), it's OK. I also tried this solution http://support.veritas.com/docs/266177 which search from support site, but problem still occur.

Hello,

You seem to be using Windows 2003 with SP1. When do you get the error 'access denied'? Is it during IDR or during restore? Is it a local or a remote restore? Do you get any specific errors in the event logs?
Do also verify the account you are using and the apprpriate permissions.
