IDR - Cannot establish connection to media server

I am trying to perform a DR on a new server.  When I put the IDR CD in I get all the way through the DR process but when it wants to connect to a media server I get the error:  Unable to establish connection with the media server.  Both internal NICs are installed and have network cables.

Tech Support has supplied the following information for you:
 

"Get to a command prompt ( press Shift+F10 to get a command prompt )and make sure you are able to ping to the media server. Make sure the "Backup Exec Server" services is running on the media server. Also checkout bedrwiz.log file for any error codes returned from the media server."
