IDR Crashes :(

Hello people!

I have a problem. When I try running the IDR preperation wizard it gives an error "Language could not be determined from \\server". Then it continues until the selection of servers. When I browse to a server and select it and pres next to continue, DRPrepWizard crashes.

I already read that you should change the language in the Control Panel to English / US and I already did that, but it still gives an error.

It's a freshly installed 9.1 build 4691 installed on a Windows 2000 server.

1) Log off once .

2) Re-cycle BE services.


Try to run IDR again.

Note:if you are selecting a remote server then make sure you are using the account which has "ADMIN" rights on that server.Also make sure you can ping to the server using the Netbios name.
