Hello
After a virus, it's impossible now to start two services of backup Exec
1) BackupExecManagementService
2) BackupJob
When i try to start Backup EXEC application : i have this error message :
TCP error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
When i try to start manualy service (BackupExecManagementService) : i have this error :
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion
When i try to start manualy service (BackupExecJobEngine) : i have this error :
Error 1067: Process Terminated Unexpectedly
When i search in event log : i have this two errors :
Error .NET Runtime event : 1026

If you have an idea.
I try to repare BAckup exec with DVD : it's Ok but same problem
It's very important for us beacuse virus have infected professional application like paie or accounting and all of server backup are Backup Exec
so it's impossible to restore anything.
I precise too that i try to start with all firewalls stopped and its same problem.

Hi,
Open up BEutility.exe and run a repair of the BE database. Also make sure that your AV isn't blocking the BE services from running.

Hi,
take a look at the Catalog File. Move them to another directory and then try to start the BE Services.
Maybe one of the catalog files is corrupt.

Pls confirm port # 50104 is open for use by the BE management service...lastly, have you ran a repair of .NET as well ?

Thank's a lot for your answers.
First : i try to repair BE DAtabase : it run normaly stopped services repair and restart services
but i have always this two services who doesnt want to start.
I checked my AV and i put exception for BE too
I search for the moment how to move my catalog file in FAQ
For port # 50104 i just to check after my post.
To repair .NET :
i try sfc /scannow
try to launch also : System Update Readiness Tool
try to desinstall .NET Framework 4, try to upgarde in 4.5 version
I don't know how to repair .NET
I precise that the people who install server make a mistake because space for system disk is only 40 Go
and my free place on drive C is amount 5 Go now.
