Installed remote agent on 2K3 server doesn't work

Hi,

I'm using Veritas Backup Exec 10.0 on several 2K3 servers. I have installed a remote agent on one of my server. The agent seems to work well: the service is launched and beremote is listening on port 10 000 on the machine.

Bermote is also listening on port 10 000 on the "server" but I can't create a backup job, the remote computer still appears disabled.

Could anybody help me please?

Try advertizing specifically to the media server from the RemoteAgent
