Installed server2003 sp2...now backups won't run

I'm using v10d Backup exec on a Dell server with a Iomega Rev 35g disk. Everything worked fine until I installed sp2 for Server 2003. Now the scheduled backups won't run. It either asks for an overwritable disk, or quese up and won't start, or I get the message "The backup exec job engine system service is not responding? Any known issues with sp2?

Found the problem. When sp2 for server2003 was installed it switched the drive letters for the CD rom and the Rev drive.
