Issue with Overwrite Protection on BE 10d SP3

We have a new client that is still running BE 10d SP3 that is experieincing issues with overwrite alerts when backing up to a set of 1TB external hard drives.  The alert pops up asking them if it is okay to overwrite the existing backup.  For the life of me I can remember where this setting was in 10d, does anyone know off hand?

I don't think you get this unless the Global Overwrite Proection is NONE, tho - IMHO it should always be PARTIAL or FULL
