Hi Joseph,

As I understand you are facing an error stating "Media
Mount Fails". What I need to know is, are you receiving


this error while taking a full backup? What you can
do is, check if there are any records for "Media
Insert alert" in the Aleart TAB. Check the automatic
alert settings.

Also check if "Enable automatic cancellation for

selection list" is checked. If "YES", uncheck it and

run the backup.
