We are able to restore files/folders/mailboxs however when we do a restore it sits at 99% and will run for 14 hours+ (I canncelled it after that so as to allow our backups to run)

Is this a know issue?

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Thanks
Chris

Did you have "Eject On End " specified as part of the job?

If so, there was an probably an Alert to remove the the tape. Until that alert was responded to, the job was still "running"

Hi Chris,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused because of the delayed response. Please let us know if your issue still persists. If yes, please refer the steps mentioned below. If not, we will mark this case as assumed answered and move it to answered questions pool.

Like Ken has written, please check if the option to "eject media on restore" is activated. If it is, and you want it to be so, you can automate answering of alerts in Backup Exec. Refer the following Technote for steps to automate responses for Alerts in Backup Exec:
