Job Completed alerts not automatically clearing

I am having an issue when the job completes, either successfully or otherwise, it will continue to stay in the 'Running' state until I manually clear the alert in the Alerts category. I am a consultant for small businesses and have Veritas running on several servers and have never had this happen before. What am I missing on this setup?

This is standard behavior since v7.0, if you have Eject on End specified as part of the job description. You can either remove that option or see http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/192055.htm for some tweaks that will auto-respond to several alerts, including this one

Thanks for the help. It turns out that it's because of the Travan type that won't auto eject.
