System is a windows 2000 server with service pack 4 installed.
Veritas 9.0 installed.
Using Veritas builtin driver.
Drive is an HP Ultrium 3- scsi
Connected via Adaptec 29160LP scsi card with latest drivers.
Cable etc. has been checked and replaced with no resolution.
I disabled Removable Storage.
Tried to find an updated tape device driver install package from veritas but nothing is available for download.
When in Veritas I went to the tools menu and choose veritas upgrade.
A upgrade to 9.1 is available and I see that a tape device driver install package is available for download for veritas 9.1.
Can I use my serial numbers from backup exec 9.0 to install backup exec 9.1? I have a lotus domino plugin and a sql server plugin as well.
