Job Freezing

Hi.

A scheduled back job that has been working without error for several weeks is now starting up but freezing when attempting to backup exchange mailboxes. The job does not fail. The byte cout stops going up and unless you cancel the job it will stay that way indeffinately. When cancelled the job "fails" with the following error.

The media operation was terminated by the user.
Error reading file data.

your help would be much appreciated.
