Event ID 65313, Problem with Robotic Arm

I have an Exabyte autoloader with 10 slots. I occasionally get the following error in the event log:

Event Type:Warning
Event Source:Backup Exec
Event Category:None
Event ID:65313

Description......
Warning - There is a potential problem with a drive or the robotic arm loading cartridges, or an incompatible cartridge.
Robotic Library for Device: EXABYTE 2.

The job seems to run fine despite this error/warning. Is it something I can ignore. (Exabyte support say it is because Arcserve 9.1 cannot handle 10 slots!?)

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query,

From your query it appears that you are getting a warning.

You may neglate this warning as it will not fail the Backup job.


Please let us know if the Backup job fails then please revert back with exact error message.
