Job Log: Failed Backup

Storage device "Seagate 1" reported an error on a request to write data to media.

Error reported:
The I/O bus was reset.

V-79-57344-34027 - The storage device was reset.

Nothing anywhere on the site... anyone?

Nope not a cure for what’s going on…  It happens 1 or 2 times a week on a daily(M- backup cycle…  Below is the full log…

Any kind of help would be really nice by now...  I'm sure this case is not unique...

if you shut down all BackupExec services, does NTBackup have the same problems?

Are you current on drivers/firmware?
