Jobs don't complete

Dear Support

My Jobs are with the following problem:

They usually begin, the tepe ejects automatically, as programmed, but in Job Monitor he appears the status running and with 99% completed and it stays like this indefinitely, then I have to cancel the job.
The backup is indeed accomplished, but as it is not completed, he doesn't have there is the phase of verification of the data and to that I cancel the work don't get to accomplish any other job.
What can be having?

I use a Backup Exec 9.1 and server Windows Server 2003.
