Large system files within System Volume Information folder

Hi Guys,

I have a SBS2003 server running Backup Exec 10.0 Rev 5520.

I am experiencing an issue with large system files being created in the System Volume Information directory on the E driver of the server. The file name for today's 300MB file is:

{0c9da3de-93b3-11da-89fb-505054503030}{3808876b-c176-4e48-b7ae-04046e6cc752}

I have read the article found at (http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/269989.htm), which recommends restarting the Volume Shadow Copy Service.

I have found this fix has worked in the past on this server and 2 other servers that I look after (actually on quite a number of occasions, does anyone know when a fix is being brought out?), but it no longer works to remove the files which are being created in the directory now.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

David.
