Hi,
We have installed Backup Exec. 10.0 in Windows 2003 with service pack 1. with Tandberg M1500 Loader with one LTO 2 drive. In the device management we are find the driver loader for drive and for medium changer it says unknown medium changer.

After opening veritas we are able to see only drive under standalone drives. but nothing is visible under Robotic Libraries.

even we download the device driver. but nothing happend

any help and suggestions.

Hi,

-- If the changer is not getting recognized properly in Windows device manager, BE also can not detect it!

-- Please have a look at the hardware compatibility list (HCL) at the following link and check the device for its compatibility with Backup Exec software.
