I am able to backup client machines but not my servers. Is it that I need a special licence for servers?

Is the media server the one that you are trying to backup?

If not, then yes, you must purhcase and install a serial for the RemoteAgent to backup remote ServerOS machines.

Hello,

To be able to backup servers, Remote Agent must be installed on it. You need to buy licences for Remote Agent for each server you want to backup.
