Hi all,
I'm having trouble upgrading Backup Exec 2014 Licenses to BE 15 in the my.symantec portal lately.
With different accounts/customers and i tried different browsers.
I have an upgrade notification, the portal displays all licenses that can be upgraded, but when i hit the button, I get an error.
The error says (roughly translated):
"There was a connection error. We cannot process your request at the moment. Please try again later".
I saw this first a week ago, so that's for "later".
Does anyone of you have the same problems?

Have the same trouble. Try IE 8,9,10,11, Chrome and CoolNovo - same effect.
