Licensing issue, running in trial mode

Having an issue with licensing on my new install of Backup Exec 2014.  We have purchased the correct licensing and I have it installed on the media server as seen here:

BUE_Licenses.JPG

But when I go to check on the licensing, it shows the following:

BUE_Trial.JPG

Two questions, why are those showing as a trial version or not licensed at all (V-Ray Tier A)?  Does the system truly think they are a trial version, meaning in 25 days those agents and options will cease to run correctly?  Thanks.

There were some other users who reported problems with the V-Ray licences.  I would suggest that you log a support case for the Symantec engineers to take a look at your problem.

I do not see any licence for the dedup option, so the trial status is correct.  The dedup option is not included in the V-Ray licence.

Is BE 2014 updated with SP2 ? If not, would recommend to do so and this update can be downloaded from http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH225093

You may possible be facing this issue which is fixed in SP2 - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH223700

Got it figured out.  Was able to remove the licenses (again), restart the services and was able to input the licenses again and they "took".  I did install SP2 for another issue I'm working through with technical support right now, maybe that helped.  It now shows my V-Ray Edition, with the proper licenses for the physical agents and the only "trial" is the Agent for Mac, which I don't care about or use.  Thanks!
