First of all you would need to verify if the licenses you are trying to view have been successfully registered.
If not you will not be able to see them.
Any how here are the steps how to view your licenses:
1. Login @ licensing.symantec.com
2. Click Manage my licenses
3. On the search your license catalog section click advance search link
4. On the first drop down menu select all license keys
5. (Don't touch anything then) and click the first search button
6. And there's your licenses
