Linux Agent crashing with no log

I have installed Backup Exec Agent on two different Linux (both with Kernel 2.6), the installation process goes normal, but when I check the Agent to see if it's running it shows me that that it's running with problems and it doesn't let my backup server to back it up.

As I said in the title I get no messages from anyone (Linux or Backup Exec Agent) so I have no idea what can be causing it to crash and not let the backup server to make a backup of the files in it.

I'm using Suse Linux Enterprise Server (10 SP2 and 11) and Backup Exec 12.5 for this purpose.

Also can you enable debug logging on the linux server? This may help to figure out what the problem is.  http://support.veritas.com/docs/294788

Well on SuSE Linux Enterprise there is a GUI for applications that start when the computer starts, when I go there to check if they are up, I see for Backup Exec Agent service a (*Yes) which means is up with errors and when it is in this state I cannot connect to it from the media server, therefore I get no backups going on.

I tried restarting the service and it shows a (Yes) with no errors and at this point I can connect to it, but after a few hours it goes again to (*Yes).

I see no logs anywhere.
