Linux Restore Job stuck on Queued

Good Afternoon all,

I currently have Backup Exec 11d 7170.

I can backup from a linux server onto a tape fine, but when I try to restore data to the same server from the Tape my Job just hangs in the Queued Status.

If I try to restore onto a Windows server it works fine and completes the Job.

The Linux Server has no Firewall and the folder is Read Write for everybody.

I have restarted the server but with no luck.

Any Ideas?

Hi Iryder,

As per your query stated above please try to do a redirect restore of some small files on a different folder and see if it works.

Check firewall status 

iptables -L 
iptables -F
service iptables save

& 

After that type setup and  under configuration page and double check  if firewall is  disabled.

Please update the results..

I have done the requested

iptables -F gets nothing back
iptables -L shows nothing in the policys

and the firewall is disabled under Setup > Firewall Config

I still get an issue backing up any files from Tape to the Linux Server
