Yes, you can confirm from the SCL if the version of RedHat is supported. You could install RALUS on the Redhat machines and perform a backup. Alternatively, if the VMs are either on Hyper-V or on ESX, you could use the Backup Exec Hyper-V or VMWare Agent and perform a backup of the whole VM (VHD or vmdk files)
