Close, but no banana. I spoke to tech support about it; turns out the user interface for the exclusion list is in NTBACKUP, not Backup Exec. Doesn't that sorta turn your head sideways?
Go to Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Backup->Advanced->Tools->Options->Exclude Files. You can view and edit the list.
About the only way to get a hard copy would be to print the registry key, at HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToBackup, using Regedit's print function.
Seems a little poorly documented for what I would think a fairly important thing, but at least it's there. And it does kinda make sense to use Microsoft's exclude list.
