Lotus Domino Agent

I have installed Backup Exec 9.1 onto a Domino server, during installation the option to install 'Agent for Lotus Domino' had a cross in the box and I was unable to change it, so I assume it isn't installed. When I make backup selections Lotus Domino Databases is shown but the box is grayed out. If I click on the expand button, it drops down and shows me the Databases but even though I make a selection the databases are not being backed up. Why am I unable to install the agent and backup the databases?

Hello Steve,

What version of Lotus Domino are you using?

What happens when you go to Tools>Serial numbers and installation and remove the licence for it and enter it again. Is that option available then?
