Lotus Domino database

After installing license for Lotus Notes, I was be able to select Lotus Notes database, database files appear under the Lotus Domino Databases view and everything's was fine.
Lotus Domino agent not able to detect the Lotus databases after configuring Lotus Notes to use Archive Logging.
Any thoughts?
