Lotus icon is missing from Backup selections after installing lotus agent

program BackupExec 10.0 version 5484
Server windows 2003

The lotus database is installed in a remote computer .
I install the windows servers remote agent in this computer but the icon of the lotus database is missing in the backup selection.

I read the document ID 241441

But in the lotus server all is correct

In this moment the Veritas is update to the version 5520 sp1

In the server lotus the remote agent is uninstall and install the new version

and I read the document ID 242655 and in the server lotus notes all is correct.

I run the program Bediag /l

and all the parameters is correct path c:\lotus\domino\data

but the icon lotus notes database is missing

where is the problem .... ??
